Registration and other deadlines
Preregistration will open on 1st of October 2001.
Deadline for registration, abstract submission and paper submission
will be announced then.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival for IAPS eagers: 20. August 2002
Arrival day: 21. August 2002
Departure day: 28. August 2002
Departure for those who attend EPS12: 31 August 2002
Please book your air ticket well in advance, since Budapest is quite busy
in the entire Summer. For the details on the possible prolongation of the
stay for EPS12 participants see section EPS12.
As you arrive try to find our guides or use your map to get to the
university building, where the check-in takes place. Besides the
conference bag, some light buffet will also be served for the starving
travellers.
IAPS workshop for activists
Those who feel themselves "IAPS activists" should arrive on Tuesday,
before 20:00. At 21:00 there will be a great firework for their honour
(20th of August is a national holyday in Hungary (foundation of state
or something like that)). On the day after these IAPS activists will
receive a meeting room where they can quarrel as they wish to. Lunch is
unpaid but in the evening the light buffet is open for them as well.
